Happy 4th Birthday Lucy Ann! You are the light of our life! You are full of kindness, thoughtfulness, silliness and you have the worlds greatest imagination. Your heart is golden and even at 4 you think of others first. You are blazing the path for Lola and Hank and they look up to you so much. You love life, you love your family and you love your friends. You love parties, get togethers and you love taking trips. You are a night owl although Dad and I still have you at an early bedtime (7pm) you would much rather stay up until 10. You love sweets & fruit and request salad most the time at lunch - mainly because you love croutons and cheese. You make friends easy and can play with anyone at any age. You love playing outside, playing pretend and dancing. Your imagination is so incredible. You have had so many imaginary friends it is hard to keep up. Right now you request that we call you either Maddie or Kayla. I am not sure where you have come up with those names but we go with it.
You dance any chance you get and love to pretend you are a dance teacher. You love it when we have movie night and are a big fan of our whole family sitting close to each other on the couch. Your favorite TV show is imagination movers. You love to read and you love reading your Bible the best. For some reason every night you request the story of how Jesus died on the cross. We have tried to get you to enjoy the other awesome stories in the Bible, but right now you are still sticking with this one. You love FaceTime with our family and you especially like to do that right before bed.
You, in your words are a fashionista. You love doing your hair and never leave the house with out your accessories. You always have either a headband, bow, ponytail or piggies and most days you have all of those on your head. You love wearing rings, bracelets and necklaces - a totally girly girl!
You don't suck your thumb anymore!!!! This was a huge accomplishment. I remember when I was pregnant with you and Dad and I saw you on the sonogram you were sucking your thumb. It was a big deal to get you to stop and you were a champ!!!
Your heart is so sweet and one of my favorite things about you is you tell know you are a child of God! You love saying your prayers at night and it melts my heart to hear you talk to Him at night. You are a prayer warrior and you make you we always remember to say our prayers before dinner and when we see someone sad. You have helped Lola learn more about Jesus.
Lucy, the Lord has such great plans for you in your life. You will impact this world in a big way. Thank you for being my sweet daughter, oldest child and little snuggle bug. Dad and I love you more than you will ever know!
